Booking & Payment
Registration or a booking request reserves your place for a Wackadoo Wonders class, workshop, private party, kids event, or entertainment booking.
Payment requirements vary by event. Public classes and workshops may require advance registration, while payment for private parties is collected at the beginning of the party unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Plans change—we understand!
If you need to cancel or reschedule a private party or private session, please contact Wackadoo Wonders as soon as possible so we can work with you.
If you’ve registered for a public class or workshop and are no longer able to attend, please cancel your RSVP through our website as soon as possible. Simply open your registration confirmation or class reminder email, click View Event, and then select Cancel RSVP.
Our public classes have limited seating, and cancelling through the website releases your spot so someone on the waitlist has the opportunity to attend.
If Wackadoo Wonders needs to cancel an event, registered participants will be contacted directly.
No-Shows
If you’re unable to attend a public class or workshop, please cancel your RSVP rather than simply not showing up.
As our classes have begun to sell out, an unused reservation can prevent someone else from attending. Cancelling through the website allows our waitlist system to notify interested guests that a spot has become available.
We appreciate your help in making every seat count and giving as many Wackadoodles as possible the opportunity to get crafty with us!
For private parties and private sessions, please contact us as soon as possible if something comes up and you’re unable to attend.
Age Requirements
Most public Wackadoo Wonders jewelry-making classes are designed for ages 15 and older unless otherwise stated.
Kids jewelry crafting parties are available for ages 7 and older.
Private Parties
Private parties may be held at the Wackadoo Wonders private home studio in Boise or, when offered for that particular service, at your location.
Some experiences are studio-only. Location details and other important information are provided during the booking process.
Materials & Finished Projects
Jewelry making is a hands-on creative experience, and every finished piece will be unique. Natural stones, beads, wire, polymer clay, and other materials may vary in color, shape, size, and appearance.
That's part of the fun—your project isn't supposed to look exactly like everyone else's.
